What do you actually do at Bettermove (in plain English)?
At Bettermove, I am one of the consultants who will contact you to assist with your enquiry, I will go through some questions with regards to your property and explain the options we have available. I support people from sale to completion, ensuring the process is fast and efficient.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking and baking, trying new food spots and puppy yoga.
What’s something people would never guess about you?
I got caught in a white-out while skiing in the French Alps with near-zero visibility and somehow made it to the bottom of the mountain unharmed. (don’t recommend)

What’s the most unusual or surprising job you’ve ever had before Bettermove?
One of the most surprising roles I’ve had was working in conveyancing, where I gained a strong understanding of the legal side of property transactions.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
What we give doesn’t always return, but what we give is always what we are.

Good communication between all parties is often the difference between a smooth sale and a delayed one.
What’s the most useful skill you’ve developed since working in property?
The most useful skill I’ve developed is the ability to communicate effectively, particularly in situations where clients may be stressed or unsure about the process.
