Before working in property, I was a professional golfer. Competing at that level taught me patience, precision, and how to perform under pressure, all of which translate directly into negotiating property deals.
What’s your favourite thing right now — a food, film, show, hobby, gadget or place you love?
Playing pool. I’ve been spending a lot of time on it recently and I’m getting really good, it’s all about focus, angles, and thinking a few moves ahead.

Really good with growth and developing your career. Gives you better opportunities and helps supply a better income for a better life if willing to work hard for it.

The market sets the price, not opinion. Keeping a close eye on buyer demand and recent sales is key to achieving the best possible result.
What’s the most useful skill you’ve developed since working in property?
The art of negotiation.
