What do you actually do at Bettermove (in plain English)?
The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Manager throughout the property marketing and sales process. Key duties include producing high-quality brochures, collecting thorough client information, and clearly explaining processes. The role involves maintaining consistent client communication and using negotiation skills to adjust pricing when needed to boost interest.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
When I’m not at work, I enjoy relaxing at home with a book, and I make the most of my free time by seeing friends and spending quality time with my family.
What’s something people would never guess about you?
I spent my childhood learning to Figure Skate and Ice Dance.

Finding new restaurants to try.

Working as a Bridal Consultant, very different to the world of property

“You must work to live, not live to work”

I love watching crime documentaries and tv shows.

Keeping all our clientele up to date, whether it be the sellers, buyers or just people enquiring.
What’s one thing you’ve learned about property that you wish more people understood?
Condition, features, and styling can all be improved over time—but the location can’t be changed.
What’s the most useful skill you’ve developed since working in property?
Marketing & Presentation – Creating appealing listings and using digital platforms to attract interest.
