What do you actually do at Bettermove (in plain English)?
I am the new property viewings coordinator. My role is to ensure that all aspects of viewing a property are handled in the most effective manner possible.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I enjoy playing pool with my friends, playing football, going to the gym and dj’ing at home.
What’s something people would never guess about you?
That I have solo travelled southern and central Europe over the summer. It was by far the best thing I have ever done and would recommend it to anyone.
What’s your favourite thing right now — a food, film, show, hobby, gadget or place you love?
I think I’d have to say my new car.
What’s the most unusual or surprising job you’ve ever had before Bettermove?
I used to work in a butcher’s shop when I was 14 years old. Not the most glamorous occupation
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Tuto Passa” (everything passes). An Italian phrase an elderly man said to me in Florence.
What’s your go-to guilty pleasure (food, show, snack or soundtrack)?
The “love is stronger than pride” album by Sade
What’s one thing you think Bettermove does better than anyone else?
The fast-paced nature of the company ensures that customer satisfaction is kept to the highest standard and everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently.
What’s one thing you’ve learned about property that you wish more people understood?
Renovations always cost more than expected so having cash reserves is very important
What’s the most useful skill you’ve developed since working in property?
Timing is key.
