If you have any questions, our helpful FAQs below have the most common questions answered. If you can find the answer you are looking for please feel free to contact one of our friendly advisors – they are only to happy to help out!
Do I have to provide my own photos and description?
No, we can take care of everything for you; we use professional photographers and experienced copywriters to show your house in the best possible light.
What if I’ve already instructed an agent – can I still use you?
That depends on what kind of contract or agreement you have with your current estate agents – if you need any help, call us on 0330 004 0050
What about valuations?
We know that one of the biggest complaints against estate agents is their tendency to price high then sell low – we’ve got plenty of experience in the property solutions market and understand that you want an honest, up-front service with no flannel. We price your property as realistically as possible, so that you don’t end up overwhelmed with disappointment or hanging on for a buyer that’s never going to appear.
How do you have the right local knowledge if you’re based online?
We have estate agents all over the UK, each with their own dedicated area; you get the help and support of the whole team, while still having direct contact with an agent that knows your area and understands the property market there.
How quickly will you start marketing my property?
We will get your house listed on our website and all the major online property portals within 24-48 hours – we’re good like that!
Who takes care of conveyancing and the financials?
We offer independent advice on all financial aspects and can arrange conveyancing for you too. We can point you in the right direction for mortgage help, insurance and any other support you need, whether you’re a buyer or seller.
What about HIPs and EPCs?
HIPs are no longer a legal requirement since their suspension in 2010. You still need an EPC – but don’t worry, we can take care of that for you too! EPCs are valid for 10 years, so if you already have one, you don’t need to have another one conducted.
