This is how it works…

- Pay an agreed rental sum (just as if you were renting) alongside an affordable monthly amount towards your deposit fund – usually for a 5 year term
- Every month you also make an additional payment into your personal deposit fund – this can be for 5 years too!
- At the end of the term you can use your deposit fund to help secure a mortgage – most people can achieve this after the first 5 years.
